Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every order placed at oakandelkbags.com.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Many of our pieces are made by hand in small batches, so if your item needs additional production time, we'll email you to confirm your ship date.

Shipping within the United States

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in Laredo, Texas, mainly with USPS and UPS. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days within the contiguous United States and 10–15 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping

We ship to Canada and many other countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, but for international orders we recommend writing to us at hello@oakandelkbags.com before you order so we can confirm the best shipping option and cost for your destination.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country. When they are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays and missing packages

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we'll let you know as soon as possible with a revised estimate. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation (19 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders), email us at hello@oakandelkbags.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.
