SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

We may offer one or various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL THE STATES?

 At the moment we only deliver orders within the Contiguous USA*, Alaska and Hawaii.

* The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Order will ship out within 1-3 business days of placing your order unless otherwise stated on a product's page. It generally takes 2-6 business days to deliver a package once shipped to an address in the Contiguous United States and 10-15 business days to Alaska or Hawaii. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If your destination address is within the Contiguous United Stated and you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@oakandelkbags.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your destination address is in Alaska or Hawaii and you haven’t received your order within 19 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@oakandelkbags.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
